We stayed at oasis lanz beach in lanzarote i no the reception is a bit away from the main road but it would of been nice to be picked up outside of reception but that is just a small complaint as overall very satisfied with the service..

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the driver was running late which caused us some initial stress but the driver was very apologetic and pleasant ..

It was during carnival and the driver had to stop further away from our hotel and carried our luggage to the hotel it was a fantastic service and very friendly would highly recommend and would use again ..
